PC SUPPORT Several Alias's... They claim to be whomever you are looking for.... in my case they claimed to be ACER & after they got my !149.99 for Warranty Renewal for one year I discovered they are NOT ..ACER & I am Unable to get a Refund. ....also I renewed for on CLAIMED TO BE THE ACER CO. WHEN THEY ARE IN FACT A SCAM COMPANY CLAIMING TO BE WHOMEVER YOUR SEEKING NEW YORK New York
The Co. PC SUPPORT is a scam service they claim to be whoever yoou are looking for and offer a full year warrenty for $149.99 or a one time repair for $99.99 dollars. ONCE they have your money forget it, they are unable to offer the repairs a promised & REFUSE to give a Refund.
While investigating I found they have been doing this for at least four years. In my case they told me to just buy a New Computer that it's impossible for mine to run Windows 8.1. Well right now it's running great & NOT because of them. However I'm OUT $149.99 dollars no matter what. These people need to be STOPPED.
