I begin to wonder, can I believe this report? Same person filing the report twice on different date. Is this done intentionally to cause damage to the company? Or just a bang of frustration? I saw this report while I was searching on other products. Out of curiosity, I went to purchase the product. There are some interesting channels that I was not able to get my cable TV, have you ever consider that as a bonus? I refunded the product after I have enjoy it for 2 weeks, and this is just to see how true this report is. However I got my refund back within a week! I scan my order confirmation and email to them. It is totally different from what is being said! Sometime careless remarks can get back fired. Justice must be served here.

Isn't this the exact same report as http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff190223.htm ? Anyways, in case some else only reads this instead of the other thread, the way to get a refund is to approach the company that sold you the product, NOT the place where you saw the ad, which is what you are trying to do here. I'm not surprised at all that you did not get your refund in a timely manner. Do keep us updated on how your refund goes after you actually reach the right party;)
