hey had a free trial offer with 14 days to try it. I called to cancel before I was charged for the monthly shipment. After waiting fifteen minutes waiting on phone someone answered. I said cancel. Offered me a discount, no cancel. Said I would still have to pay$14.95. No. She put me on hold. Came back and okay you are cancelled. Get a confirmation number if this happens to you.
