Went to this "Spa" by mistake, as my appointment was made at the Doctor, next door. The place is lovely, and thought I was, too. The staff was so friendly and the Botox I needed was perfectly administered and found my new BFF's of Portland, Oregon. Was new to city and just hadn't found my niche.
They were inviting me to their "special book club," their constant, ridiculous "parties" and doing everything in the world to make me feel like "family" as they kept telling me. It was awkward, and noticed the "over the top" nature of it. But, I was new to the area and thought they were just the nicest people, ever.....
The up-sell was ON and I went from Botox to Photo Facial to hair removal/ Laser (they pushed for head to toe) Laser hair removal but was already about $5,000 down and they wanted all services paid UP FRONT and made me feel guilty if I left without completely paying for everything that was supposedly "coming."
Long story short-In receipt of more than $12, 000 to these "ladies" have successfully ignored & bullied me, forgotten I existed, my file has become impossible to find....should I ask a question about my packages of unfinished services. "Someone will have to call you back. Carol Robbins has your file."
No calls ever came. No one ever finds my $12,000 file of unfinished GOODS and SERVICES.
Carole Robbins has begged me to let them "do it, until it is perfect"after I asked for a refund, almost 6 months ago. Carol Robbins was counting the months for Visa to be willing to do a chargeback. But she was SOOO convincing. When I finally agreed to let them take "care of me-because I am like family" she forgot everything she said, and went back to: bullying, ignoring, becoming "so busy" that no appointment could be made....I have been willing to do anything to get a TEEEEENY PORTION of my monies worth of a percent of LOST MONEY:
Went in for my last appointment (not the completion of anything) but pre-paid Botox and while I was EXACTLY ON TIME: the director, who is the devil, told me to leave, while taking someone in front of me-which she loves to do (the bully part) and when I finally, after a YEAR of taking their abuse, raised my voice, she told me to leave and called the POLICE! OMG!!!!!!

as repeated to me via Portland Police, then actually do any of the
PRE PAID goods and services that were paid for in good faith by me of:Botox, Laser Hair
Removal, Fraxel, Photofacial, or Silkpeel"s .
Sidenote: the Pearl Medspa is neither Medical facility or Spa in any way. They do Fraxel to Silkpeel with "patient" fully clothed, turtleneck and all everyday. They don't know any better.

I have been a client of Pearl MedSpa since the day the doors opened four years ago. Since this time, and my first meeting with Carol and the extraordinary staff, and started the journey of controlling and healing my adult acne skin. Today because of the Pearl MedSpa and the incredible treatments and amazing products, I have strangers tell me that my
skin looks a minimum of six years younger! My skin not only looks good, I feel more confident about my appearance. Carol and staff are miracle workers. The results have far exceeded my expectations!
Carol and her staff are wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and very understanding of what one needs, most important they don’t sell you treatments that you don’t need. They really listen and that is priceless in this line of service. They take the time to explain the procedure and never rush you out the door. You are family. I have shopped other spas and Pearl MedSpa’s prices are always comparable. Fabulous, monthly specials!!! I have and will continue referring your services to everyone I know. I remain loyal customer.
