Upon watching a late night popoff program I called in with a 273.00 seed for prayer of an immediate windfall blessing for the first 7 people. I then received a letter with a wish certificate asking questions about what I needed prayer for and how did I plan to use the windfall with spring water a list of instructions and prophecy from popoff about sowing a 27..50 seed for salvation prayer for family mem bers. About a week after that I received phone line crooksanother correspondence giving odd Instructions about wearing this so called bracelet for one night only which was nothing more than a thread of tinsel like what is used on a x~mas tree. At that point $300.50 later it was definite that he was fraudulent. This is the kicker: One of his phone~line crooks called and asked for the same $273.00 seed that I already had given at the start 2 weeks prior in the beginning.
