Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I went to Peoples Chrysler in Folsom and here is the email that I sent.

To whom it may or may not concern:

I was in today to purchase a Chrysler 300. My sales person was nice however "his Boss" came over and tried his salesman BS. The reason his "boss" came over was because I didn't want them to have my social security number and run it until we had the numbers straight. My salesman's response was they needed to run my Social Security number right now because this is not a cash deal. I said that I understood why my social security number needs to be ran but that is not stopping us on the negotiation of the price.

I told his "boss" what I wanted he instantly started him-hawing around. I told him that 28,900 was a bit much for a used 300 especially when I just purchased one in Jan of this year for 22,000. I told him to give me a call after he figured out the numbers. He got angry. His voice was very loud. I got up and walked out of the dealership. He proceed to follow me out to my car yelling and screaming.

I must first add that this is the most embarrassing thing that has happened in my life. There were other potential customers who had seen this. Not to mention all of the salesman that were standing there (probably thinking that this is the newest way to sell a car.) I waited in my car for my husband and my daughter. He was still yelling and screaming and he said "You didn't come here to buy a car!" I will have you know I drove straight down to Great Valley and I bought a car. It was the same exact car including the color (green). Minus the rims. (Which I didn't want the rims on your Chrysler. I didn't like them.) I got the price that I was asking for. I felt extremely humiliated. Not to mention I was scared for my safety. My question is do you condone this type of behavior? What kind of actions are going to be taken? If none I think that I will take this to the Top at Daimler Chrysler. I will then get a hold of the owner of Peoples. As all of this was taking place another salesman was yelling at another lady. In the same tone. This is very unprofessional.

Just wanted to let you know that I will Never recommend your company to anyone. My husband and I just started our own company and we are going to need a few more Chryslers. Peoples will not be receiving our business.

Signed

A very angry, humiliated and embarrassed Chrysler customer

If you are going to start your own business you'd better not allow anyone to anger, humiliate or embarrasse you. It comes with the territory of owning your own business. That said, you are to be commended for not allowing those scumbag car guys to intimidate you into buying a car. There is just such a dealer here in SA who uses those tactics by the name of gillespie ford. The rule there is you have to be approached by FIVE different salesmen , each one turning up the pitch, before you get out the door. As for Peoples, don't allow anyone to put you into that type of situation. Return fire with fire. They'll back down when they see it isn't working, though they'll just chance tactics.
