This organization is an up front fee ( in $13,000 range) travel agency using the high pressure tactics of condo sales. After you are first hooked by promises of three types of vacations: hotel, cruise and island, you will be repeatedly badgered by phone to "upgrade" for a hundred dollars and then other add-ons, but when you are there and it comes time for them to upgrade, you will have to look far and wide.
My wife upgraded to a handicapped equipped suite on the first floor of a resort hotel with thtree pools; we were given a fifth floor standard room in an incity hotel and the pool was under repair, sending up clouds of dust. When we complaine d, they said we could have a condo with facilities inaccessible to me upstairs. Promised meals were not included and on top of it all, we took a cash rebate for their Disney tickets to be credited to our Discover charge, and we found that they had instead charged the card.
As we complained at the site, the agent tried to pick a fight and get us tto walk out and get charged for the hotel. All in all, if this was an example of their services, I certainly would never use this agency. There are simply better and less expensive cruises, hotels and resorts availoable on the internet.
