Periodical Magazine I have contacted them since Feb 2016, demanded to cancel and they keep billing me and threatening me. The supervisor himself was extremely rude and hung up on me. Internet
Good Morning,
I am writting this report as consumer's should be advised to never use this company's services. Since Feb 2016 I have demanded to cancel my subscription with Periodical Magazines and they continue to deny my request for cancellation, demand that I pay them, as well as continue to bill me. They are extremely rude including the Supervisor, the gentleman told me that he would not cancel my service and get every penny he can from me, he then hung up on me. They continue to call and harass me as i keep reminding them that I have been demanding that they cancel my subscription. They end up yelling at me and threatening me. I hope other's see this and choose to stay away from their services. I have worked in customer service for 7years and have never encountered such disrespect especially from a supervisor.
