Personal Wealth Academy Rip-Off, Run Away from this company, Fraud Draper Utah
Personal Wealth Academy misrepresented themselves from the beginning telling me they were affiliated with Peter Conti, which is not true. After I signed up for their $12,500 program, Kurt told me, almost threateningly, not to use the 3-day cooling off period. First red flag.
About a week after signing up, after the cooling off period, the same AmEx card was stolen and used to fraudulently make charges at a location nearby Personal Wealth Academy. They committed fraud. When confronted, it was denied, and though they breached their contract with me, they still insisted on payment. I ceased all business dealings with them after the theft of my credit card.
$3,500 of the charges on a separate AmEx card were refunded, but I have been working through American Express for over a year and a half to receive a credit for the additional $9,000. This company misrepresents itself, committed fraud in the theft of my credit card, and overall, I would never do business with Personal Wealth Academy, they are predators. They will take your money and provide nothing in return, or worse yet, take your credit card, misrepresent who they are in order to gain your trust and you will lose everything.
