Pete Network Solutions NO refund after years of paying Toronto Ontario
Network Solutions is a total rip off .I accidently renewed some services and could not get back to them because their phone system was down.Twice they said to call back in two hours to try again Then I asked them to refund my credit card .We have a ton of domains and services and are a VIP client. Very unhappy with their poop performance and polies. We paid a lot of money when things auto renewed one year so we removed it.Now they say we could have received a refund years ago if we complained because they were auto renewed.Think about it it's a lot of money hundreds 7 or 8 hundred....we let it slide then we removed auto renew and accidently renewed something.We called back right away but their phone system was down.Now they said we are out of luck too bad.I guess they are a big company with lots of customers they couldn't care less. STAY AWAY from these expensive robbers.
