BEWARE! Do not trust Phil Hayward the so called Director of Skore LLC or SOUTH KOHALA OCEANFRONT RESEARCH AND EDUCATION LLC with any donations or money!! He comes off as being a non profit however based on his unethical behavior of being a slumlord property owner in Colorado where he is going to be sued by past tenants for theft, fraud for stealing the tenants money at move out by not returning the deposit entrusted to him, blaming them for the terrible conditions and previous damages etc. so he blames every tenant thus stealing their deposit paid with bogus claims. Thus proving he is not trustworthy to handle the funds correctly. He is broke and at or near default on his money owed to creditors including his own family members for the property in Colorado. The county is investigating and going to condemn the property soon due to many code violations including faulty, unsafe wiring, rodent infestation, unsafe structural conditions, leaking roof/windows, and filthy, unclean conditions of the property which is unfinished and falling apart. He is going to be sued in court by past tenants who were victimized in this con man scheme until it was uncovered recently. DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM NOW THAT THIS CON HAS SETUP IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD AFTER FLEEING FROM COLORADO TO AVOID HIS PAST!

Since a report cannot be removed I want to take step to try and resolve this situation in a manner i feel better about and in doing so want to apologize for saying some rude and hurtful things to Phil. I am not proud of my behavior and hope it is understood i was speaking out of anger and am disappointed for saying and acting as I did. Please disregard my negative statements anbd understand I was speaking out of anger and I was acting inappropriate.

Don't listen to this trolling, disgruntled, money-owing former tenant, now banished from my home in Colorado. TIM ELLIS, felon from MN, was a bad tenant, broke his lease, left a mess, owes money. What a d*.. Who is the thief? Defamation?
My Colorado RedRock home is an amzingly beautiful and magical place. see the attachment.
Tim Ellis did not deserve to be in my home.
I've plenty of references, past and present tenants, past and present links with a wide variety of professional people who will vouch for my honesty and integrity.
My move to Hawaii was for many reasons, none of which are known by this former tenant . TIM ELLIS knows nothing of my finances. The county is not investigating anything related to my house based on a former disgruntled tenant claiming something.
My LLC (skorellc.org) is for potential biology work and for all the volunteer work I have done here on the Big Island toward coral reef health and wastewater issues for water quality. I have't worked on the website in a while.....
Come Visit! Let me show you the most vibrant coral reef in Hawai'i but one which is in stress from many sides.
You can judge who is spouting trash and who isn't. I'd like to ignore this kind of trolling; hope my explanation can cancel this attack.
