The owner, Ken Girvetz, was courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. This lead me to accept a high price tag as I was looking for quality.
The result was very disappointing and I've tried in the past 3 months (!) to get him to have a look. All he'd do is text at random times during the day "I'm near your building, can I come by", as if I was waiting home all day for him to show up!
Then he would not bother to come at scheduled appointments.
I'll go down the small claims and BBB route, but stay away - very unprofessional.
