Philips & Epperstein Law Firm In McKinney, Collin County Charles Philips, Im still experienceing Greivance from his actions, Stole My Money, Would Not Return Calls or Work on my Case since the Moment I pre-paid him, McKinney Texas
This attorney was a nightmare in my domestic violence case.
I was already a victim when I turned to him & he only victimized me even more. It has been devastating & I feel that he has ruined my life. I still truly beleive that my husband will end up killing me and I feel that attorney Charles Philips is the person who enabled it to happen. In my experience, he does not seem to care about anything but money, not even my human life seemed to matter to him from the moment I pre-paid him. Charles Philips was not able to control his own shamefully violent and irrational behavior, so I would not reccommend using a violent person to defend a case involving domestic violence. I won't go into the details, but I can say that it scares me that attorneys who can behave like animals & portray such levels of misconduct to be allowed to practice in any court of Law. He ended up being the lawyer I would have nightmares about!
BEWARE! And if you want to test a lawyer to see how much they care, tell them that you will not pre-pay for any services. Have them quote you for each action and pay for it as it happens. Or else, you may kiss your money bye-bye!
