Why does it take complaints here on rip off to get Frank to finally be sorry and offer help? How many others not smart enough to complain here go unsatisfied? Prospective customers think about it.

I too have been living a nightmare since 11-24-04 since the tranny they sold us failed. Been trying since then to get service. No luck. Promises made but not kept and difficulties getting someone on the phone. Now its dealing with an owner who does not have a good enough clue as to what goes on in his business daily. Further that same guy will lie to people. Read the complaint below you from Joseph, Or. That will give you an idea. Read the complaint on the gal from Reading, Pa. Then read his rebutal.

i am from minnesota and have a lawyer currently putting together charges against this company...please do not listen to them talk you in circles...do yourself a favor and everyone else by stopping this company dead in its tracks...contact me to join in dong the right thing...thank you for your time
