 I have had this phone service for almost 2 years now and have only had a couple of issues that have been previously address riggt away. This time around i have been double charged for my monthly subscription, but have been calling for 3 days to get it resolved and the extra payment refunded and cannot get anyone on the phone or online!!! Every time I call the wait is over an hour long and when I ask for a call back I never get one!! I want my money back because this is not professional business behaviour!

We understand that long hold times can be very frustrating, and that is why we do our best to keep hold times to 3-5 minutes or less.  With that said there are times when hold times are longer than we like and for that, we apologize. We try to give our customers the best service as possible and sometimes that means spending a little longer on each call or online chat - our goal is always to give each customer the attention they deserve.
