My name is kimberly, I too recieved a call initially from a man named Anthony McCoy. When I returned their call, Ron Pletcher was the person that I dealt with. Mr. Pletcher and I were in correspondence over the next few days until he finanlly faxed the contract over for me to sign.

When I recieved it, it said that a insurance deposit for 2 years on the loan would be $978.00. Ron had not said anything about this. My husband and I borrowed the money from family on the promised that the loan would be in my account the following morning at 10:00a.m. Well that time came and went so I called over and over until they finally came to the phone. Ron stated that he would check and see what the problem was. We finally spoke to them and he said they needed another $978.00 insurance deposit to cover one year.

Yes, the contract said 2 years in the first place. We refused and we asked Ron Pletcher to deposit the money back into my checking account. He told me that it had to go through the proper refund process. I asked him if there was anything the "lenders" would do and he said no because I "pissed the lenders off by being so rude"!! Well, they just took over $1078.00, including the Western Union fees, so yeah I was rude. Ron Pletcher told my husband that we would have the refund on July 25th, but when I got on the phone he said that we would have on July 18th.

Well, I left them alone for about two weeks to give them a chance to get everything together. The week of July 15th, I called to check with Ron on the status of the refund. He confirmed that it would be direct deposited into my account on July 18th. On July 19th, I called to see what happened, no one would answer my call. They have this automated system so that you have to state your name so that they know who is on the phone to decide whether they should answer or put you straight to voicemail.

Everytime that I would call I would have to make up a new name for them to answer. Ron's co-worker, Anthony McCoy, answered the phone but when I told him who I was he said, " Can I put you on hold for a moment?", then he would hang up on me. I have recorded that i have called 104 times and they have not returned one call. I have heard that the refund was sent via Fed - Ex overnight, it went through the mail. This is over two months later and I still have not recieved my money.

The loss that we have had on account of Ron Pletcher and Pinnacle Financial is tremendous. We have lost our car, a storage building that had everything that we owned, overdraft fees on our bank account and not to mention the major things.

I made numerous payment arrangements with bill collectors based on the dates that Ron told me to expect the refund. THAT is why we have lost so much. This has been a complete NIGHTMARE. Needless to say, it is August 12th and we still have not recieved our refund. The last promised date was August 3rd, we were told by a Mr. Dalton inn the "refunds department" that it was sent via mail on August 4th.

I just have one question, would Ron Pletcher or anyone else at Pinnacle Financial Corporation want this done to their family? Apparently not because they have all of our money. I am in the works of obtaining an attorney so we could get the damages that we have sustained on account of these people.

Pinnacle Financial should be held accountable for what they are doing, and they will!!!

My name is Kimberly and I just wanted to post an update on the serious problems many of us have had with Pinnacle Financial Corporation. I called to speak with Ron Pletcher to check once again with the status of my $1100.00 refund. When I called, of course, he would not take my call. I decided to call over and over until someone got frustrated enough to answer the phone. Someone answered and I asked for Ron, they said he was in a meeting so they put me into the "refunds department". I spoke with a different man this time and he said they are not releasing my refund because my account went deliquent!!! What? What account, I never recieved a loan and no services from Pinnacle to begin with. The man told me I owed them $700.00 for attorney fees. If I had recieved the loan in the first place, the $978.00 I sent was to protect the account for going deliquent anyway. We sent them $978.00 for a loan that we never recieved and all we were needing was our money back. There was never an account to go deliquent in the first place. We recieved NOTHING!!!! I made a call to Western Union to see if we could get a refund, they informed me that they can not give refunds once the money has been picked up. So they told me what I could do was file a fraud report against Pinnacle Financial, Ron Pletcher, and the woman who picked the money up in Canada. Her name was Conchita Baguio. This fraud report was to alert any police departments that I filed police reports with and they would be tipped off that these guys were at it again. Then I filed a police report with the Canadian Police, which is where I sent the money via Western Union. Next, today I am filing a police report with New York state, as well as my local police. I have left a message with the Attorney General in New York so Pinnacle Financial will stop preying on innocent people who were in search of a loan to begin a good start in life. As I stated in my first posting, I have been in contact with a few lawyers who can't wait to begin this case.
