Pioneer Credit Recovery ripoff Student Loan Default Consolidation Loan" Beware" Perry New Jersey
Pioneer Credit Recovery is not a collection agency for Sallie Mae. Sallie Mae is a Student Loan Organization. Please beware if you have a student loan in default and is contacted by this business. Go to Sallie Mae's web sight and contact them immediatly before signing on the dotted line.
Pioneer Credit Recovery contacted me about consolidating my loan and told me that they were the collection company for Sallie Mae. My contact told me that they would take my loan out of default and refinance it at a 3% interest rate. Sounded to good to be true. My contact was Sue@1-888-261-7860 ext 7487 who was polite, helpful and very convincing.
I had previously contacted The Department of Education, who had no information on my loan. I called Sallie Mae, and was tolded who has my loan and that Pioneer was not a collection agency for them. But I received letters supposedly, from both these organization right after this company contacted me.Pioneer never mentioned the true holder of my loan.

1st pioneer is the collecting agency for sallie mae. Sallie mae owns pioneer credit. 2nd if you owe sallie mae, dept of ed wouldn't have info on you. they are a seperate client of pioneers. 3rd, you need to get facts right pioneer is not in perry new jersey, they are in perry, ny
