I came across this report and was very dissapointed to read of your experience at Plaistow Powersports. My name is Kristen and I am the Guest Services Manager here at Plaistow Powersports. Please accept an apology on my behalf that you were left feeling mistreated with the services you needed. Our goal is to have every customer leave our dealership feeling excited and satisfied in products, service and our professional employees.
I can assure you this is not the typical story or experience we hear from our customers. We very much count on our customers satisfaction and wish for them to return and refer us, so we can have a positive lasting impression for everyone who enters our building and all of their future needs.
