Consumers need to be aware this company is ripping-off people even after one closes the account. They have obviously made it impossible to contact them by phone, but yet they are still able to charge your credit account $49.00 as they see fit.... they may not be affiliated with Ebay, but the disk they sent me has the "Ebay" name and logo. "Mel Feller" is supposed to be the "eduactional specialist trained by Ebay", but it is nothing but a RIP-OFF!
