 These people are very good with the smile and lie policy. They were all smiles and very nice when I inquired about moving all my accounts to their bank. Free checking, free this and a online banking system that works. I made the Major mistake of listening and then moving my accounts to their personal and "friendly" bank. Bank charges started to hit and fees for what was supposed to be free. Their online banking system almost never is working when I need to do my transactions. On top of that, their "contact us" and feedback part of the site does not work at the same time ether. Not only does their site not work, but they don't want to here about it ether. Unless of course you make the time to try to go back later when it might be working to inquire. I have already moved my company account back to a large, "unsmiling" but upfront and professional bank. My other accounts are moving also once I go thru all the hassels of the depoists and direct payments. Major hassel to get away from this bank, but in the long run it will be well worth it.
