Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In december of 2004 I purchased a bike online from this company. they held funds on my card for 48 hours but did not process my order until i called and asked them why my card had not yet been charged,i was trying to get my son a super pocket bike in time for christmas. Anyway they said they didnt know what happened but they would redo the order and my bike should get to my home by christmas.

they charged my card 350.00 for a super pocket bike and then inspite of the fact that it should be here in time for christmas ,they again never mailed it in time for christmas. We anxiously made a series of phone calls and emails wanting to know what the heck is going on with my sons bike,we are angry and now christmas was ruined( as far as gifts go,we still have Jesus whom is ore important anyway, and we know that)! our whole family felt terrible, thats all our son wanted for christams as far a gifts go and it never came.

My husband called and spoke to the manager who apologised and said they would make it up to us by sending an upgraded bike, one that was worth about 150.00 more. we told him the color we wanted and once again hoped for the best.inspite of everything being stressful and ruined we figured ok well at lease well get a small upgrade and just never do business with this terrible company again. 2 weeks after christmas a bike came, the wrong one.the wrong bike, and no upgrade was given to us as promised. Not only was it the original cheaper one,but it was even the wrong color.

It was broken up, scratched up, the thermostat and horn did not even work! my son hopped on it and the tire barrings holding the tire on flew off almost causing him to get into a severe accient, and we have witnesses to this as i told the pocket bike scamers. the bikes are cheaply put together and extreamly dangerous. we called them immedialty, they said a manager would call us back.since december we have sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls, they ignore us and dont return emails or phone calls to us.

they continue 3 months later to show no shame or fix what they have done. it is now march 2005 they still hide from us not returning calls or sending the bike we were suppose to get.the broken one sits un riden in our family room and my son asks me at least once a week when his new bike is coming.we got majorly ripped off.I hope anyone reading this does not make the same mistake we did.stay away from this company. do not buy anything from www.pocketbikewholesalers.com unless you enjoy dealing with thiefs that steal from innocent people and ruin childrens christmas mornings.

www.pocketbikewholesalers.com ripps people off and sells garbage that is dangerous to your children they do not return calls and steal from people. God bless all of you and Good luck with a different company

You are absolutely correct. The fact is I never usually buy anything on the internet because I don't trust the people or online companies. I work in financial services and know many of these internet companies are at home businesses with 0 inventory yet have elaborate websites to lure consumers in. I purchased this bike because I found it about 100.00-200.00 cheaper then prices in the store and felt safe using a visa card because of the ability to chargeback. I also did some shopping for a few weeks before choosing this company and contacted them by phone etc. My credit card company/bank will not charge it back unless it is mailed back(very expensive to do,I've lost enough money already) and accepted by the company. Even then, there is no guarantee I will get any refund. The bike company will more then likely not accept it and then I will be out another 100-150.00 on shipping charges. I have been disputing this with my bank since February. I would have never bought anything online that I was not able to charge back. Thanks for your comments and suggestions,

Another internet purchase gone bad. That's something you don't see every day, huh?

Auto parts store chains sell these mini motorcycles. Nobody sells auto parts down there Stephanie? Did you even bother to look? The fact is you could have driven 20 miles or less and seen the item before you bought it. If you were happy, you would have been able to buy it right there and take it home with you. Instead, you turned to the internet. Why is that, Stephanie? Why do people who have choices continue to choose the internet? Why in the world would anyone choose a method where they can be easily ripped off over one where it would be hard to get cheated? It's almost like a moth and a flame. The internet is a gamble when it comes to purchasing something. What happens when you gamble? More often than not, you lose! Now that you played the game out as far as it will go, it might be time to visit your bank and get the charge reversed. Don't you think? That way, you'll have more money for that next great big internet deal-of-a-lifetime!
