I ordered custom size solid swimming pool cover specifying no drain. They shipped one with center drain down entire middle. As I had discussed, in writing with them, I set concrete piers around perimeter of deck to hold brass tie-down anchors since deck was too narrow.
They said manufacturer had made error and would remake it as solid cover as originally ordered. By e-mail and verbally I said the replacement one had to have identical spacing of all straps because the concrete piers were already set. Waited three weeks. Now the leaves are falling...
New one showed up and they totally ignored the spacing of the straps. The owner, Charlie, who had not reviewed the e-mails said, "You got what you ordered." I stopped payment via my credit card company and will forward to them all the e-mail documentation showing Pool Deals ignored the specified spacing. I'll also show the card company the 30 or 40 Rip-Off complaints from others about this company.
