POSIRANK'S DIRECTOR OF NEW BUSINESS MIKE KIM is: RUDE-ARGUMENTATIVE, ANTAGONISTIC AND JUST DOWN RIGHT NASTY. His title is laughable.

 

We had NEVER heard of Posirank so we decided to give them a call. We tried more than 7 times over the course of one week never ever being able to get through, line went busy or the call did not connect.

 

We sent them an email saying it would be nice if they had a working phone line. Rather than ask us what number we were calling or where we were calling from the response we got was appalling.

 

Mike Kim  "YOU MUST NOT KNOW HOW TO DIAL" OR YOUR OVER SEAS. was his response.

This coming from 'DIRECTOR OF NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT"- No this is not a joke keep reading, this is really happening. We got thinking this must be some basement operation as to the tone in which are emails were responded too. We threatend we'd share this experience online for others to see. His response

"PLEASE BE MY GUEST ON ALL COUNTS... IN FACT, WHY DON'T YOU STEP OUT OF CHARACTER AND BE A MAN, CAN CALL ME... MYR DIRECT LINE IS 808 419 7173" My name is Mike Kim hope to hear from you.

 

Quite taken back we thought lets give this jerk the bennefit of a bad day and call-The response-

THE REMOTE PARTY YOUR CALLING IS BUSY PLEASE CALL BACK"

 

Sounds about right. We had told him originally that we could not get through so we ended up spending our $ with another online company his response?

"THANK GOODNESS, GOOD LUCK, SIR (IF BORED 17 YEAR OLDS COUNT AS SIRS....)

Keep in mind.  This is someone WE HAVE NEVER MET, WE ARE NEW INQUIRY AND THIS IS:

"DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS"

In relation to 17 year olds we concur that this persons education must have been paid for by their parents as to the complete lack of respect shown for someone that was frustrated trying possible patronise a new business.

 

If Posirank was a true customer care company NO ONE WOULD EVER ENGAGE IN BARRAGE OF ANTAGONISTIC AND IDIOTIC replies as to the way this individual conducted himself. Any NORMAL business would have just sent an email, or asked " Is there number I can call you back on or what can I help you with, or how or where did you see our number?"



This is normal protocol. Not so for Mike Kim, his entire mandate was too piss us off to the point of having to post this. If your thinking about hiring this company and they treat new inquiries like this, we can only imagine what might happen if we had paid them for a service that did not deliver what they promised.

 

On all accounts POSIRANKS'S DIRECTOR OF NEW BUSINESS MIKE KIM delivered the most negative and caustic experinece one could ever imagine. Scams operate like this or collection agencies we imagine.

 

Mike Kim on behalf of posirank made us and left us with the such a bad experience. If your thinking of hiring this company you should consider the above. RUDE, CAUSTIC UNHELPFUL, NASTY would be a polite way of describing what we just experienced. We even wrote him back saying 'WE WISH NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION FROM YOU WHATSOVER, PLEASE GOVERN YOURSELVES ACCORDINGLY" Instead of leaving us alone he wrote back antagonising us with "THATS EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT YOU'D SAY"

We have forwarded all his correspondence to our legal team as we believe his conduct was completely unecessary and downright disrespectful.

Dear Customer,

I am extremely sorry for the hassle and stress that your experience with our Director of New Business, Mike Kim, has caused you. 

We have dealt with the situation on our end and even though this member of staff has successfully worked with and on-boarded hundreds of new clients over the past three years, without a single issue or complaint, he acknowledges that his communication with you was unprofessional and completely uncalled for.

Stress from a personal situation was, in part, the cause of his lack of good judgement in communicating with you.  In short, it absolutely should not have occurred so we have connected with you and rectified the miscommunication as best we could.

As we cannot take this sort of behaviour lightly, please be aware that we've also taken reasonable disciplinary action, considering all of the circumstances.

Up until today, we have never received a complaint like this and will strive hard to ensure that this is the last one made.

Mike would like to issue a personal apology and is open to communicating that to you, if you so desire.

OK..SO HERES THE DEAL...ONE BAD APPLE DOESNT SPOIL THE BUNCH. Turns out the unprofessional Director of Business was later schooled by his CEO as to his conduct, but the CEO returned our emails, apologised and offered to compensate us on helping us in our business. We still admit they need LOTS of help with their phone lines....Did you know? 95% of all business still cannot answer a telephone properly? ITs true...you spend all this time for online priority and than you flush it down the drain with losing your call conversion to sales.

 

Its called customer care, customer service...its no longer about customer satisfaction, its about CUSTOMER DELIGHTMENT. We are not exactly delighted but very satisfied to know that the CEO took the time to engage in prompt professional polite and caring emails within minutes.

 

Maybe he might show his staff how this is done while theyre spending the week off in the park. No business is perfect, we all make stupid mistakes and sometimes the people we hire can sabotage what we have worked os hard to execute. This was the case here but we are confident to say Posirank is positively Ok in our books now.
