Reply This - Alright 1st... Let me ask this question. Why do companies have to lie when customers make themselves heard? ANSWER IT POST OAK:_______________!! Whoever typed this reply you are a LOSER!! 1st I must say I made sure I had someone look at my vehicle to the tee'. I had all the issues repaired and fixed by a different body shop who didn't even charge me. They notice a couple of things. They noticed that the driveshaft bolts were not tighten and were loose. Post Oak Collision you guy's lied again with your reply, about doing the work on that which was very poor. Also the guys at the shop could clearly notice how the transmission seal was bad after Post Oak Collision did not replacing it before putting my new driveshaft in. Now how are you guy's going to reply and say that all I had to do was come in. You idiots are suppose to check and make sure all this is taken care of once I drive off of your property. Me as a customer shouldn't have to put up with this whack crap. I work everyday and don't have time to deal with or wonder if my vehicle will be fixed right this time. "GIVE IT UP BECAUSE THAT WANT HAPPEN!" I can't fight you guy's physically because I will be put away for a long time. So I will fight with RIP OFF REPORT.com and all the rest of the blogs. You guy's did not replace the bolts to hold the bed of my truck down to the frame. How could you guys be so "SLOW MINDED" in doing that. The "OTHER SHOP" made sure that they replaced the ones that were missing. as I watch them do it because they pointed everything out. Also you Post Oak Collision. Why didn't you guy's replace all of my bolt's for my wheels.. It was a total of 3 bolt's missing from the back of my wheels of my truck. "Did you guy's want me to have another wreck." Even though I was away out of this state I am back and in full force. I gladly told my insurance company to not recommend anybody to your shop.. The insurance company can put this in there computer about who to recommend. As far as my insurance and my relatives insurance companies I let them know not to refer themselves over to your place either. I learn to fight with my computer skills against worthless people like you who took advantage of me. My insurance company at the time clearly explain how you guy's were inconsistent with answers I was giving during the time my truck was in the shop. It was even a check that was cashed by you guy's and you all tried to lie and say you never got it. And then the proof came through when the insurance company faxed me the amount that you said you never received with a forged signature from you guy's. "Man people if you read this please understand a company will do anything they can to try and clear themselves up once customers start yapping about B.S. work they have done". I see they haven't replied to the other posting that is on here. They know where I am coming from and for them to be like just bring my truck back in. You guy's must be out of your "RABBIT a*s MINDS" to think that I will ever bring my truck or even my go-cart in to you guys. I would just burn my truck up then to have it fixed at your shop. O Yeah and to say something about my tailgate not having scratches on it. You guy's are pathetic! When I would come up to the shop to check on my truck you guy's had my truck tailgate leaning against the inside wall of your building. Basically not putting anything to protect it from scratches or at least try to clear the scratches for the customer if they didn't have those scratches on there before they brought there vehicle in. I tell you what if you got more bring it on! There is plenty more to keep typing about. I am surprise you guy's replied GREAT!! Hey did you guy's clean up any of those junkie car's and trucks off of your lot and make it more reasonable for customers to come through. I didn't think so. I pass your shop all the time and know nothing has changed. That is great!

I am an employee of Post Oak Collision and work closely with all of the customers whose vehicles come through our shop. This particular vehicle was brought to our shop on July 28, 2007 and was repaired here. The owners insurance company came out and looked at this vehicle on August 1 and the customer did not sign the work order needed to start the work until August 4. We explain to our customers that it usually takes 10 to 14 days to repair their vehicle, but in some cases where the insurance company does not discover all damages we have to file a supplement and stop work until they approve the additional work. When he did come by and sign the work order we ordered the parts and started the repair work on his truck. Additional damages were discovered and a supplement was filed and the work stopped until the insurance company came out inspected the additional damages and approved them, this happened on August 15, 2007. The customers insurance paid us for the tires and wheels for this truck and the customer asked for this money so he could purchase a different set of wheels and tires and he was going to pay the difference. It took him a week before he got them to us, as soon as the tires were mounted the truck was taken for an alignment and returned to the customer on September 6, not 2 months after we got it. When he took his truck he called back and said that it was leaking transmission fluid. It was discovered that the seal needed to be replaced and we ordered it and tried to contact the customer with no luck. He never mentioned any scratches at this point nor did he mention that the bolts on the bed were not tightened. I spoke with this customer again in the begining of February and he advised me that he had been out of town for 3 months and hadn't driven the truck. I explained to him that the part had to be reordered and as soon as it arrived I would contact him. At this point he did tell me that 3 bolts were not tightned and that he had already tightned 2 of them himself. Still he said nothing about scratches on the tailgate. When we got the seal I again spoke with this customer and advised him he could bring in his truck at anytime and we would put the seal on and make sure that all the bolts were tight on the bed. We do give our customers a lifetime waranty on the work we do and we do honor it. We apologize to this customer for any wrong doing he feels that we have done to him and want to make this right. Thank You, Post Oak Collision Center
