My complaint is against Post Net Ltd , T/a Loanfinder UK Ltd

on august 16th 2010 the above named company attempted to take 61.57 from my account without my knowledge nor agreement.

Upon complaining to them they took 2 days to get back to me and I had to deal with ignorant and abusive staff they informed me that I was a F#####g idiot and that I had entered my card details on there website , I had not donethis and have proof my account details were set up from a pc based in glasgow scotland , I am based in Northern Ireland.

Please do not say to me to go to the police , fraud dept at bank , FOS , FSA or any other governing body as to date I have spent in the region of 50-60 hours contacting different organisations to no avail , I currently have a small claim going through to recover all my expenses totaling nearer side of 300.00.

Loanfinder have given me a cheque for 30.00 as a goodwill gesture , and told me this is there final word and that they are not wiling to reimburse my cost's and time.

There answer is that I need to persue the actual culprit , surely if they were legit and honest then it should be there duty to cover all my expenses and time , and then claim from the culprit themselves.

the direct debit rules state that a document must be sent to a payer in this case me with amounts and collection dates on , this was not done and if it had of been then I could have put a stop to it quite early and not had spent so much time and money dealing with and correcting Loanfinders UK'S incompetance.

 I have since had to close my compramised account , pay all my bills lates and spent hours of my time on the phone dealing with this.

I feel the that the justice system here in the UK has let me down very badly , and that I am just one in an endless list of complaints against any company within the Richmond Group Ltd.

James Benamor , states in all cases I have read online that he will help and resolve all issues and problems relating to any of his companies , well you have done nothing for me James , you did not have the common courtesy to reply to my 10 or so emails.

You and all your affiliate companies come to light every now and then due to the unfair way in wich you trade.

I personaly think that the UK will be a better place if the Richmond Group was closed down once and for all and James Benamor and Marc Biles were not allowed to be directors or secutaries of any other finance company again and as for the 300 staff you employ I would be happy to see them all on the dole , where they belong.

James Benamor , I am not going to stop my hate campaign against you and the Richmond Group Ltd and any company within it , quite simply because you are a complete rip off merchant , you have messed with the wrong person in this case , because I will fight you all the way and am not going to rest untill I get justice for myself and all the other people you and your companies have defrauded.

I also believe you should take your millions and move to a desert island out of any person's way , then you may not feel the need to try and set up yet another scam company in the long list of all the others that you are involved with and have been in the past.

You are the most dis honest person I have ever came accross , my mission now is to get you closed down once and for all , and all of my money back.
