Complaint Review: Powerful Life - ETHOS FR Online Dist - Surrey, British Columbia

So I tried the ethos fr in my 2005 Neon, it has so far worked amazingly well, my gas mileage has increased a lot, even on the exact same drive to work that I took prior to using ethos, so for me that is proof that it works...I drive the same route and I get a lot more mileage on a tank... For me it has been working wonderfully...One thing I do wonder, the person in this report who said they were an employee of the company posted a link and said for everyone to check it out for yourself....The link doesn't work, you don't end up going to a site other than a blank index page and if you click on the couple links on the page which are generic links which are attached to an index page which the links go away once the site is up and running....I have a bachelors degree in IT so I know a lot about how websites work having built many websites myself....the link the person posted was www.powerfullife.net, this link doesn't take you to a site that is up and running, you get a blank index page. Just a couple things I wanted to comment on, ethos has worked for me so I'm happy, but I wonder why the person posted a link and said 'I have organized a powerful life community, feel free to come and take a look around'

I am happy to only see 3 reports in this forum about Ethos because I am now a lifetime customer. I recently bought this product for this first time with a little skepticism but decided to try it. I thoroughly read the instructions. You do have to add 1oz per quart of oil to your crank case for the first time. With the first use I noticed an immediate boost in mileage, even though the product explains it takes up to 30 days to notice a difference because the product cleans out the gunk in the engine. I do have a failrly new car however so not a lot of build up. I drive 55 miles each way to work. I spend about $450 a month on gas alone right now. I usually get 2 round trips out of 1 tank of gas in a 2004 kia rio with a 10 gallon tank. With the first use of Ethos I have made 3 trips on one tank of gas. That's almost a 30% increase in mileage, more than the company claims. Every company makes mistakes especially in start up phase,however I am a true believer and have seen for myself how the product works.

As an extremely fast expanding company, as Kacper mentioned 30x larger since April, which is not an exaggeration, we are working really hard on our end to take care of everyone. This company growth dawned upon us quicker than anyone of us expected and caught us a bit off guard. Just last month we organized our 1-888 number which you can call 24/7 for help. We are still in the process of training our employees on how we would like them to take care of our customers and that is to go above and beyond expectation, not the regular customer service that every large corporate company has which, in the end, doesn't help at all. It is taking some time to attain that goal with our customer service for the call centre is in Beverly, MA and we are here in South Surrey, BC. That is why we are currently setting up our own "Client Love Department" here in South Surrey, in our main office. We are personally training callers who are going to be calling you AS SOON as you place your order online to not only confirm the placement of your order, but answer any questions you may have and offer all the help we can right there and then. As for delivery of the product, it does take week or 2 depending your location. The Ethos warehouse is in Florida and Ethos gets delivered by UPS Ground Transportation. We are currently trying to organize another warehouse closer to our location so that we can further monitor delivery of the product. We have no secrets to hide, we're not trying to scam you or rip you off and this community is proof. And as for the product itself, it works! It's not a scam. I use it, my entire family uses it! Everyone here at Powerful-Life are honest, sincere, people working really hard, the energy crisis that we are entering is not going to be easy, and we want to be here for you and help you through it.
