Hi Ian, I am not sure what it is about Florida, but it just seems to me that it has an awful lot of complaints in the moving category. What I also find interesting is that there always seems to be multiple company names. It seems like there are just a few core companies that use a bunch of subsidiaries that they hide behind. Anyway, I hope that you contacted this company and provided them with a link or copy of this report. The best way to get a response from a company is to file the report and THEN let them know. They often say that they would have been happy to deal with this before it got reported... but I somehow doubt that since the reporter found the need to report them here. There would be no need if the situation had been cleared up originally. Please let them know about the report and then post back to let us know. It would be interesting to see if they feel they can justify their behavior... and it helps your case by letting them know that it has been reported where many can see it. These are the three agencies you need to contact. First, the bank (or credit card company) since you did not actually authorize this charge. Then the police, for credit card fraud. Then the attorney general in your state and Florida, for the same reasons.
