Premier Parking is HORRIBLE. I highly advise against using them!!! My husband and I parked there for our May cruise and we waited over an hour for a shuttle when they had three available vans parked in the lot. They first said no one was allowed in or out of port. Then when I called the port and found out it wasn't true, they said it was because their vans all of a sudden (yes, ALL 3!) broke down and they went and lifted the hoods up.

Then they said we were waiting for another van to get us. All this while we sweltered in the sun. When the "other" van arrived, it was an OLD conversion van pulling a trailer.  It was plain, nondescript white with no logo on it.  (The other vans had the Premier logo on them). They packed 15 of us in that old van which didn't have AIR CONDITIONING!!!

When we got back from our cruise, one of the nice, newer vans picked us up. While my husband and I waited in the van for the driver to load the other's luggage, he got into a heated arguement with another customer. We heard bags being slammed in the back of the van and then the driver jerked his door open, got in and slammed it shut hard enough to rattle the van. Then he proceeded to yell at ALL of us and told us to be lucky we got on the van, because we had ruined for any other Premier customers that day. While he was having his tirade, he began driving.

His driving was so erratic that a port employee stopped him and told him his company was not allowed back on port property the rest of the day. (I'm guessing that's what happened the day we left their lot for our cruise).  The driver just got angrier and angrier and started driving like a maniac.  He got up to 75 in a 45 mph zone and took turns so fast we all got slung from side to side. It was so bad, the lady behind me was dialing 911 just as we neared the lot.

Once I got off, I gave the driver and other employees at the lot an earful. They acted nonchalant and appeared not to care one bit.  Then, they lied about their names when I asked.  I called there customer service and the lady I spoke with acted as if she couldn't care less. I've not heard one thing back from the company. However, I have looked for as many places to post negative reviews as possible so that others can be forewarned. Not only is their service awful, but their drivers are DANGEROUS!!

DO NOT USE PREMIER PARKING!!!
