I am writing this to let you know that Premier Premium communications has billed me $40.00 to my phone bill,I called the itegretell people who the bill falls under, told them i have no clue what this charge was. They said it was to the United Kingdom for an internet service access line. I didnt need a line due to i already had net zero. they said they would put a block on the line and credit my phone bill. well the other day i received a bill from Preimer premuium communications stating i owed the money and if i wanted to see what it was i was charged for go to their web site, as you can guess i tried, yahoo, google excite, none could find the web site, also the place to send the payments is "PO BOX 155579 Fort worth Texas, while any inquiries go to "PO BOX 10718 bedford new hampshire" The time and date i they said i made the access, i wasnt home, usually in the mornings i go on the internet get my e mails and pay my bills. I feel as though they are tapping into my computer as i had keet getting an i con with a siteviewer on it, i tried to remove it and it keeps coming back

Invoke the FTC ..update your anti-virus software. Get Spybot, Ad-Aware and Spyware Blaster software (free off the internet) to find the crap they stuck on your computer

Email them and say you believe they are in breach of Section 5(a) of the Federal Trade Commission Act. Their behavior is similar to that of Verity International (FTC v Verity International - Southern District of New York 2000) and Aylon Technologies (FTC v Aylon Technologies - Northern District of Georgia 2004). Report the bastards to all and sundry authorities you can especially FTC. On a practical note, update your anti-virus software. Get Spybot, Ad-Aware and Spyware Blaster software (free off the internet) to find the crap they stuck on your computer and to block future attacks of this stuff. Keep this updated frequently. Unplug you phone line (if you can) and computer when not in use.
