Email them and say you believe they are in breach of Section 5(a) of the Federal Trade Commission Act. Their behavior is similar to that of Verity International (FTC v Verity International - Southern District of New York 2000) and Aylon Technologies (FTC v Aylon Technologies - Northern District of Georgia 2004). Report the bastards to all and sundry authorities you can especially FTC. On a practical note, update your anti-virus software. Get Spybot, Ad-Aware and Spyware Blaster software (free off the internet) to find the crap they stuck on your computer and to block future attacks of this stuff. Keep this updated frequently. Unplug you phone line (if you can) and computer when not in use.
