They lied about coverage. My Partner signed up. I call dues to the lack of any info ever beginning sent once money was collected. When I called and asked if this would be coverage to make sure we aren't fined when filing taxes they couldn't answer me. They hung up my 4 times. We are requesting a refund which has gotten us no where. We will be contacting our bank. This happened around Christmas. Now having to pay two start up fees and now he won't be insured until 2/1 now. This better not effect us when filing taxes.

Association memberships are sold by independent licensed agents. Memberships contain various consumer savings benefits including both insurance and non-insurance benefits. We are disappointed that this member was not satisfied with their membership.
