I received a call friday evening from Elizabeth. She told me that I would receive my full refund and that it would be in my account Monday. She apologized for the problems and stated that they had received several complaints against employees who were giving out false information in order to obtain a sale. She also stated that she was glad I remembered the name of the representative and that appropiate action would be taken against those who were lying to customers. Elizabeth, I want to thank you very much for your help and kindness.

From what I have read, this company is a complete rip off. Everyone is getting a different story on services provided. I know this is not legal. I have emailed the States Attorney in NH and sent a letter with the JUNK Premium Savings sent instead of the promised VISA card. I hope something is done about this company soon.

Well I received a phone call from the company and they assured me that I would have my card by the 27th of this month. I questioned my concerns about the information I had read on this website and was told that I should not take those as being truthful. So folks, we shall see if Premium is as good as its promise. I will keep you updated.
