Prestige Auto Transport Riley Wells Prestige Auto Transport Blocked our number inhibiting other companies to pick up car Collusion Miami Florida
Contacted Riley to have our car shipped approximately three days before we needed to have it done. She assured me it could be done for between 450 and $480. She wanted my credit card information, however I did not want to disclose that information because I was not sure of the exact day I needed the vehicle to be picked up. When she found out that I wasn’t going to lock in with her specifically and Cole around other companies just to get a comparison, she told me "good luck you won’t get anybody now because I’m blocking your number”. I don’t know what made her think she has exclusive rights to my information without any credit card or final information regarding my vehicle. She continued to call our phone numbers And when I contacted other vendors they confirmed that they could not pick up or order because of what she had done. This is a prime example of collusion and it should be dealt with in the proper fashion.Because of her as well as Prestige Auto, we have selected to drive the vehicle home ourselves. Examine these guys before you even think of having your car shipped.
