WE VOLUNTARILY GAVE THE VEHICLE BACK BEFORE DECLARING BANKRUPTCY.
WE SPOKE TO THE COMAPNY CONSTANTLY DURING THE PROCESS. OFTEN TIMES PLEADING FOR A SETTLEMENT OR A PAYMENT PLAN TO REPAY THE DEBT.
THE GUY ASSIGNED TO OUR CASE CALLED US REPEATEDLY AND WE ALSO CALLED HIM REPEATEDLY TRYING TO WORK OUR A PLAN OR DEAL SO WE WOULDNT HAVE TO FILE BANKRUPTCY.
HAD A SHERIFF DELIVER COURT PAPERS TO OUR HOME. WE LIVE IN WYOMING, PRESTIGE IS IN UTAH. OUR LAWYER DRAFTED A LETTER WHICH WE SENT TO THE COURT AND ALSO TO PRESTIGE. TOLD PRESTIGE TO FILE THE CLAIM IN OUR STATE OF WYOMING NOT UTAH.
THEY RAN ACROSS THE BORDER TO WYOMING AND DECLARED THAT WE NEVER RESPONDED TO REPEATED REQUESTS AT THIER ATTEMPT TO COLLECT ON THE DEBT.
WE DID RESPOND, WE SENT LETTERS TO THEM AND THE COURT IN UTAH WHILE THIER PEOPLE WERE CALLING US DAILY TO SEE WHERE WE WERE AT AND IF WE FILED BANKRUPTCY YET.
THEY KNOW WE RESPONDED BUT THEY LIED TO THE COURT AND GOT A JUDGEMENT AGAINST US SAYING WE NEVER RESPONDED TO THEM WHEN WE CERTAINLY DID RESPOND AND TO THE COURT AS WELL. THEY USED THE COURT SYSTEM IN UTAH AND THEN LIED TO THE COURTS IN WYOMING TO GET THEIR JUDGEMENT. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY WHO LIES AND USES UNDERHANDED PRACTICES TO GET AN ILLEGAL JUDGEMENT.
THEY GOT AWAY WITH LYING TO THE COURTS IN TWO STATES!!!

I watch the news, read the paper and keep up - I could care less about your google this crap and idiot poems which mean nothing - These are the facts from a Dallas news station
SOUTHLAKE, Texas - For two weeks, investigators in Southlake have been trying to figure out if a crash in which a car plunged into a pond killing four people could be connected to a nationwide Toyota recall.
Four Jehovah's Witnesses died when a 2008 Toyota Avalon they were riding inside raced out of control and plummeted into a pond on December 26.
While the cause of the crash remains a mystery, investigators have determined the crash wasn't due to faulty floor mats.
Speculations had swelled over whether the car's mat had become stuck on the accelerator, which was one of the reason's Toyota recalled the Avalon, along with several other models. But, investigators found the floor mats in the car's trunk after the accident, ruling out the mat theory.
The National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration were called in to investigate whether the crash was related to the recall. Meanwhile, Southlake police said they have found no telltale signs as to why the car sped out of control.
"I think they may get there by at least determining what didn't cause the accident, help them at least get closer to the truth," said Lt. Ben Brown, Southlake Police Department.
Authorities have still not rulehyed out the Avalon as the cause of the accident. Investigators are inspecting the vehicle to determine whether the throttle or another type of mechanical issue is to blame for the sudden acceleration.
"They are dealing with similar issues in other states across the country," Brown said.
Investigators revealed the car was going 40 mph when it hit a tree and then went into the pond. The speed was fast enough to briefly send the car airborne. There were no signs of braking, which has led to frustration for investigators who often rely on skid marks to determine what happened.
"We know which direction the vehicle was heading and what surfaces it was traveling across and how it eventually came to rest; we just don't know why," Brown said.
Another theory police are considering is that the driver could have mistook the gas pedal for the brake. However, police conceded Tuesday that they may never know what went wrong the day of the crash.

So I believe the The National Transportation and Safety Adminstration before I believe your crap -
I cannot for the life of me understand what your beef is with Toyota, all banks and every other report you respond to with your poems and google crap - I do know what happens in my own community though
I have no relationship with Toyota - don't own one, no family member owns one and several friends do own one - If you believe in your statements "in fraud we trust" get move!! Get out of America and get over yourself -
Enough said - goodbye and good luck in your narcissism

The crash that killed four people in Southlake, TEXAS where YOU do not live - The case is still under investigation!! The floormats were found in the truck of the car so the cause of the floormats causing acceleration was ruled out!! Check your facts before you start your google this and that idiotic crap
I live 30 minutes from Southlake, know the area and the body of water where the car went into!! Go away Karl - your responses are of no help to anyone but you and your over zealous ego
