m y hot tub cover is 2 yrs. old. It is completly water logged on 1 side. took pic's like they said & explained how it's holding water. did this on 9/16/13.so here it is nov. 9 had a few emails 1 phone call where she was very rude & as i did get quite upset only because how i was being talked to. so today iam told will yes u can by anyother cover prorated of course for 150.00 something plus shipping. why would i be soo stupdi to buy another one of there products so it can faul also. word to the wise dont buy from them or there product. wasnt happy with the look of it when i got made very cheaply.had loose treads all over and some seams on the skirting wasnt even sewn
