Prime Tv took our 99.00 and we got nothing not even a refund!! ripoff Southern Pines North Carolina
On or about 8/15/2003 my husband responed to an ad to get 2 direct tv recievers for 99.00.He called and ordered and gave our checking account number over the phone.
We waited the specified time they said it would take to come and install the system and they never showed. When we called them to inquire on the status of the installation, we were told that thier services were not avaliable in our area. We were also told we would be refunded the 99.00.That our checking account would be credited. We used a debit card, which works the same as a credit card.The funds were debited on 08/25/2003 and as of 09/18/2003 we have not got our money back nor have we been able to get anyone on the phone. We get voice mail boxes and leave messages and no one ever calls back. This is total theft.
We have since gone thru a local dealer to get the system and no money was paid untill the system was installed and programming complete. I want my money back!!!!!
