Let me start off by saying that I know Primeaux family and have done business with them. They are not only great people but run one on the best dealership there is in to the regards of sound business practices there is. I say this with 15 years of dealership experience in almost every state in the country. That is the nature of my business. But after reading this all I can say is that one should not hire an employee that one can not pay. My question would be how many contracts do you maintain? Is this dealership the only contract? Why dose your company not have any capital? Is it form bad management? Is a company that only works on a self proclaimed "part time " basis with only what looks like one one contract, basing that on the fact that you lost your business because of the loss on this one contract, really have room thow blame? I would suggest that you take a look at what you and your company was doing.
Even you admitted that your employees fell asleep on the job on multiple occasions. And there are others who would say that the number o times that is higher then you would let on to be true. Here is the deal, this company is not even in business any more because he has sold it in order to retire. But even your claim that the company was guilty because they did not show to court is ridiculous. Those of us who have any kind of business sense ( something that which you seem to have none at all) knows that it cost less to not show up and pay the money... In Many cases is undeserved, is not only the quickest but also the cheapest way to rid ones self of bad contractors. If you had only applied as much effort into your business as you did about complaining about others, you might still be in business and actually turning a profit. I'll leave it at that.

I fully agree with him for the most part about the Companies not caring one iota about their Security employees, and expecting them to work their shift without food, water or bathroom facilities. In defense of my Company, I don't think you will find that any of my employees had any complaints about how I ran the company. They caught no grief from me whatsoever. I allowed them to make a run to the Q/T which was next door, or order food from Denny's which was across the street and they had full access to the facilities on the premises. Most all of my employees were retired people, and I treated them with the respect they deserved. I went to bat for the one employee more than once when he was caught sleeping, until it became a serious problem, then I had no choice. I might note that just because my employees were retired for the most part, we kept vandalism to a zero percent, only had one instance of where someone was able to get into a car, flee the lot after running over a concrete wall and fence, and was apprehended by Tulsa P.D. I have all the security logs from every Dealership I have worked. I can't even count how many times the Dealership was asked to repair outside security lights but to deaf ears. I don't know how many keys were left in the vehicles after the dealership closed only to have my Security personnel, get the keys, lock the doors to the unit, and turn them in, along with a note. This wasn't even their job, that is the job of the Salesman or the lot porter to do, yet my employees went out of their way to make sure nothing happened on their shift. In closing, I might add, that this dealership's comptroller refused to pay my employees on Christmas Eve day, which was a payday, and they were open, but he didn't have the time he said. I didn't have the money myself to pay them, or I would have, which I might add, the comptroller stated verbatum, "It's not my problem if you can't pay your employees if I don't pay you." Oh well....needless to say, I did pay my employees their final check by taking out a loan from my personal credit union. I sincerely hope that everyone who reads these posts realizes that this is not just a complaint or a simple gripe about a company who might of did something simple against a possible car buyer. This is a company who was found guilty, in a court of law, for not paying their bills. If this is a company you wish to do business with, then good luck. Respectfully Dave Security Officer's Group

I had to re-read the "employee's statements" of the Company where I had Security at, and was not paid for services. It should be noted that Lisa is not just any employee, she is the daughter of Henry Primeaux. I am not sure where she got her information, about my company being fired and yet we still continued to show up for work until it was discovered after they installed over $60,000.00 in security cameras. I find it hard to believe that any company would either show up after they had been fired, nor believe they would work free gratis as well. I might note that Lisa did inform me about one of my employees sleeping on the job, and I confronted my employee, gave them one more chance, and after they were caught again allegedly, I fired the employee on the spot. The bad part was, this employee was a good employee who showed up everytime he was supposed to, and on time. He just was a retired person, who was unable to stay awake for his all nite shift. Lisa needs to get her records straight, and of course, I would of loved to have seen her in court defending the dealership. The judge might of thrown some jail time on top of the monetary judgement for lying in a court of law. Case closed....I got my money.

Here is what I love about America. When someone does you wrong, and you think you have had something done to you that is not only morally wrong, but legally wrong, there are certain recourses you have to make things right. Emily stated that Mr. Primeaux talked to me on countless times in regards to me having employees sleeping on the job. In reality what happened was, Mr. Primeaux never talked to me once while I had the job as Security for Primeaux-Kia. I heard that one of my employees was found to be sleeping on the job from Lisa and another of the employees who happens to be a Talons football player. I gave the employee one more chance after I confronted him, and then he was fired for sleeping on the job. I also sent numerous faxes and or letters to Mr. Primeaux in regards to my Security Company not being paid on time, or not at all since the hiring of his comptroller and not once, did I get a response except from Mr. Ahren's, the comptroller about going behind his back to get what money was owed to me. Well, needless to say, I did what I should of done. I filed my complaint with the Small Claims court in Tulsa County, (case # SC-2008-2660)I filed the case through Mr. Primeaux's legal agent, and when the case appeared in small claims court, guess what? No one from the Defendant's side showed up. Why I wonder? It was because I had all the documentation I needed to win my case and they didn't. I was awarded judgement in the matter and I still had to file extra paper work to get my money owed to me by a man who is so revered in the Tulsa Community. I filed the paper work as needed, (garnishment summons to his bank) and guess what? I got my response. A check in the amount that was not only owed to me, but for my court costs which I am legally entitled to as well. Now, for a company, who is owned or operated by a person who is so well known in the Tulsa Community for his good deeds, it makes me wonder, and I still wonder to this day, if Mr. Primeaux even knew what was going on behind his back with his comptroller. I have always had respect for Henry Primeaux, and I actually enjoyed working for the company as Security, but one person, who held the purse strings threw all that out the window for doing something illegal. As far as my Company being fired from Primeau-Kia, that is not true either. After my employees refused to work for free, they all turned in their keys to the proper person. I have that on record as well since one of the employees accepted the keys and signed for them. I held up my end of the bargain when I took on the job of being the Security Company for Primeaux-Kia, they did not live up to their end of the bargain by failing to pay for services. It is kind of hard to argue with court documents that have been proven. I appreciate this forum so that people can voice to the public, what happens in the private sector, when so many times it is pushed under the carpet, by so called important people.

This is what happens to clients who do not have their own person watch the car lot. The guy who is working for the contract security company is treated like a disposable, interchangeable robot with no feelings, no need to use the restroom or have access to drinking water and whaetver else OSHA requires employers, even contractor clients to provide. The Security Guard is NOT appreciated by his company, does NOT get any benefits, is probably hungry because they don't pay enough to eat ( and often skim the paychecks) and is might be sick because they can't afford medicine and can't afford to take a day off.... SO what you are getting is somebody who essentially resents the place he or she works for, has NO Incentive to do a job and owes you people NO personal loyality. If he had any when he or she started this business, a few short and bounced paychecks and a few skimmed wages and unfair firings and ENTIRELY FALSE AND FABRICATED JOB REFERENCES FROM HELL have pretty much got this person ready to leave the private security field if they have ANY intelligence at all. I happened BACK upon this posting and I have little or NO sympathy for either party. IF YOU ARE A CLIENT AND WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHt,hIre your own person whio is loyal to you and not treated like (expletive deleted)

I am an employee of Primeaux Kia, and can assure you that Henry Primeaux would never "rip off" a security company or anyone. Dave was the owner of the security company that we used. We have documented dozens and dozens of times when we had to come back to the dealership and there was absolutely no security there. Sometimes the security officer would be on the third floor in his or her vehicle sleeping. There were numerous times that the Tulsa Talons needed to get on the lot to get their personal vehicles after a game out of town. The security guards knew they were coming. We contantley got phone calls at our homes, almost every manager in the store, and we had to get out of bed to let the Talon's in the gate. The times were anywhere between 3-5am. Mr. Primeaux spoke to Dave everytime we had an incident and Dave always begged for another chance. After 15 plus times complaining to Dave, Primeaux Kia decided to get rid of the company. The officers continued to come from 11p.m. until 7 am. and we were not aware of that until we paid over $60,000 in security cameras and noticed them on the lot. As for Henry's reputation, he was dealer of the year last year, 75% of our employees have been with us over 6 years, Henry is very giving to the community, and our customers are #1 with all of us. Dave is upset because we fired him. Mr. Primeaux gave him so many chances but he had bad help and wouldn't do the job himself. Anyone that has purchased a vehicle from us or that has done buisiness with us will tell you that. Dave needs to stop complaining and go get more security jobs. Thanks, Lisa

I think you need to get a copy of the contract ( the one that they signed with their signatuers)and a copy of the invoices you sent -- you DID continue to bill them, didn't you after they didn't pay? -- and go to your district attorney and file THEFT OF SERVICES charge against them. THEY OWE YOU MONEY! THEY BREACHED THE CONTRACT. Find a good contract law attorney and file CIVIL charges against those bastards! Get them both CIVIL and CRIMINAL charges and MAKE THEM PAY! SUE THE COMPTROLLER b*****d, THE CORPORATION, ALL THE OFFICERS OF THAT CORPORATION WHO APPROVED NOT PAYING YOU. ( What do you want to bet HE kept the check and spent it himself) AND NOTIFY IRS that they kept your check so they need to make sure they Go on the private investigator, private security group sites ( google and yahoo have a lot and i think msn does too) and TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THESE GUYS! WARN THEM NOT TO SELL SECURITY SERVICES TO THEM CAUSE THEY WON'T BE PAID. Of course, you won't be able to talk about the law suit AFTER you file them! It also needs to be known in "certain neighborhoods" that the Kia dealership in question no longer has any security. When I guarded car lots, I had a key to the lock boxes where the ignition keys were kept in case there was ever a problem like spontaneous combustion or a client left a light on during a test drive ... Each car has a lock box with ignition keys inside. Hmmmmmmmmmm...... Your people also know the most vulnerable points of that operation and that site. Hmmmmmmmmmm again. I was also contact the news media if the court proceedings don't work out to your satisfaction! Because cars cross state lines while they are being shipped, you might have a much better chance getting a judgment in a federal court for breach of contract! GET A LAWYER --IF YOU CAN --and GOOD LUCK! I never dreamed I would be giving advice to a security company owner but stranger things have happened and Justice is justice.... If the company has a discovery or a deposition, just remember to take COPIES and NOT originals of the contract and other pertinent documents. THE JUDGE will want to see them IN COURT. It is very important to secure them because otherwise you will not have them to back up what you say in court.
