Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I went in to this dealership only to look I still had not quite decided if I was ready to purchase a vehicle but I knew I liked the Kia Sorrentos. This happened several months ago, but I just found this sight and thought I would post this for anyone thinking about buying a car from them. Anyway we pulled in and of course got bombarded by the salesman and informed him that we were just looking and all but forced us to give him our name and number. We looked around and told him that if we needed anything we would call him not to call us. Well the next day his sales manager called us and asked us if we would like to drive the car we had been looking at overnight and my husband told them that we still were not sure if we were ready to buy and he said ok. Then the dealership manager which is also the owners daughter called back and told us that that was ok we could still come pick the vehicle up and drive it and see what we thought, we finally agreed. We went and picked up the vehicle and I drove it the next day to work well when I got off I picked up my husband and we took the vehicle back and of course by this time I had fallen in love with it so we decided to sit down and see what we could do.

We had already told the salesman and the sales manager that our credit was not that great and that we had just purchased my husbands vehicle about 6 months before that so we had a lot of inquiries on our credit as well. The owners daughter comes back and starts yelling at the top of her lungs that we were not up front with her about our credit and that with all the inquiries there was no way she could get me in a vehicle. I did of course snap back and tell her that we had told her salesman and sales manager all about our credit and that it was not our fault they did not pass that on to her.

My point is you do not talk to people that way especially someone that could very easily in the future be a customer whether you can help them at that time or not, now every person that was in that building at the time knows that our credit is bad which made me feel two inches tall. I will never go back there or to any other dealership owned by this family because unless you have money and perfect credit they think you are trash. I do not recommend anyone going there.

I am writing this to say that everything I stated in my original report was truthful and that what Lisa stated was not, but I have said what I have to say and you can make your own decision. I do not like and will not be called a liar. I think it was funny that the salesman we were dealing with apologized to us for Lisa's behavior and stated that she gets like that, but whatever I do not care. All I can say at this point is go and make your own decision about it and I really do hope you have a great experience but I am sorry Lisa I will never change my story but I do apologize for writing this report, I was upset and I felt as though you treated us as though you were better than we are and you may have money and everything but that gives you no right to treat people the way that YOU know you did.

Keep in mind why would we lie about our credit when we know your going to run our credit? We werent born yesterday! For all I know you having a bad day, like we all do, but anyways as far as I am concerned this is finished to anyone out there looking for a car they have a huge selection of Kias, so take a look and judge for yourself and I hope you have a better experience then we did.

I never raised my voice to anyone there and you can talk to anyone that knows me I would never do that because I do not like to make a scene. So tell you lies what goes around comes around because everything you stated is a lie. Now i do not know what the salesman told you but I know what my husnband told the salesman and another thing I think its funny that you are saying I did all of this and said this but I never deal with business its always my husband. So believe what you want its not the truth and I will never say anything differently about your company because your the one not being truthful not me.

I am done with this because I have a brand new car that I love and if people want to believe your lies and deal with you thats their problem not mine. Again, I know what happened and I would not lie about it and I also know what was told to the salesman the first time we stepped onto your lot. Your a liar and I feel sorry for your employees because our salesman even told us when HE apologized to US about your behavior that you are always like that.

First of all I do not even know who Emily is, I never talked to anyone other than a guy and the owners daughter. So you have no idea what your talking about. I NEVER NEVER told anyone there I had good credit! I am not a liar and I do not appreciate being called one so now you can bet I will take this further. Its defamation of character and then theres is also the fact that she announced my personal business which is against the law. Its been awhile but you better believe I will find a way to get satisfaction. I had dropped it but not now. I will not put up with someone who I never even had contact with  saying stuff that do not know what they are talking about.

Well the salesman was told and its not my fault if he did not pass the info onto his boss. She still had no right to talk to me the way that she did nor announce to everyone about my personal business, if you want to do business with these rude a** people be my guest!

If you are honest and tell a dealership that your credit is not good, they are not going to let you keep a car overnight.. that would be stupid on their part because then the car has extra miles on it and they might not be able to sell to you.

At Primeaux Kia, our salesmen do not bombard customers when they come to our lot. That is not the way Mr. Primeaux does business. No one would FORCE anyone to give their name and number if the customers didn't want to give that information out. I am confused on what the customer is referrring to when Mrs. Lewis states the new car sales manager and then the store manager. I am the new car sales manager and their is not a dealership manager in our store. When Mrs. Lewis was in our store, she said that she had good credit and stated that they had just bought a car for the husband a few months ago. We did let her take the vehicle over night. When she came back the next day, she then gave us credit information. Since I am the new car sales manager and finance manager, I also get the loans approved. After hearing back from all of the banks, we were not able to get her loan approved. At no time did myself or anyone at Primeaux Kia yell or scream at Mrs, Lewis. I did tell her that I would have appreciate her telling us that her credit was not good, instead of telling us that her credit was good, because I wouldn't have been able to let her have the vehicle over night. I think Mrs. Lewis needs to tell the truth about her experience at Primeaux Kia. She was the one that was yelling and very angry that we couldn't get her approved since she showed her friends the vehicle, now she would be embarrassed telling them she didn't get the vehicle. We sell 90% of all of our vehicles on repeat and referral business and am really disappointed that Mrs. Lewis would write a letter like that when she knows that the only reason that she is mad is because we couldn't get her approved. Unfortunately, we cannot get every customer approved, but we do the best we can. Sincerely, Lisa Lotz

In response to Lisa's rebuttal

#14Author of original report

Sun, October 12, 2008

Lisa is the owners daughter she is also the one who treated me like sh** when ever I was there looking at buying a car. I don't care if she thinks everyone that has had dealings with them has been happy with them because I would NEVER buy a car or refer anyone to them for any reason. I would not even refer my worst enemy there. I have poor credit and I was up front about this to everyone I talked to there and they all told me don't worry about it we can get anyone approved, etc, we also told them we had a lot of inquiries because my husband had just purchased a car, never once did I say or even imply that I have good credit. Lisa pulled my credit report and when she came back blew up at me about the fact I didn't tell her about my credit, my response to that was that I had told her salesman and the sales manager exactly what was going on and that it was not my fault they did not pass on the info to her. She talked to me as if she was my boss and that I was below her. She was very loud about it so every person in the building at the time heard every word she said. The sales people that I talked to when I was there also agreed she was out of line the way she talked to me. I told her that I was not going to sit there and let her talk to me that way and she apologized but to this day I do not believe she meant it nor will I ever. She had no right to broadcast my personal information to the people that were in the building. I believe Dave is right the Primeaux's and some of their employees are very unprofessional and rude. I have since purchased a brand new 2008 Nissan and I am very happy with it, this after Lisa told me it could not be done. I also did not have to purchase my Nissan from a Buy Here, Pay Here dealership. I purchased it from Nelson Nissan in Broken Arrow and I would refer anyone to them, so if you're looking at buying a car go visit Margo at Nelson Nissan and tell her Jackie and Ian sent you.
