8 mos. dozens of calls, everytime a new condition was not met, fullfilled all conditions, never called back by any representative. Say hi to the next tech because he or she will refer you to someone else.
DO not expect to contact anyone in charge because they are not being refered to you all official complaints are sent to same address only the names have changed, and the latest is they moved across the street.
Somehow I think they really need a management shakedown, stiff fines, and phone lines tied up for hours till we get our money back!
