So it all starts with Craigslist.org John or Wayne with BGM marketing from based out of Seattle.They own Pro Services Division(Gutter Cleaning Company) they use Craigslist to find anybody mainly a tool(someone that that can take the blame if anything goes down)They have set up two call centers in Portland,OR. One up on NE Sandy and the other &33 SW 3rd Suite 509,Semlar downtown PDX. The one on NE Sandy failed,hard to access location for already hurting people,then didn't pay the employees.
So they put an add on CL and pulled out Chris W to run "manage" the SW 3 Downtown BGM Marketing. So now it's his job to put an add out on CL and bring people into cold call local residents and see if the want a free estimate on gutter cleaning, power washing, screens,ect. The deal is you suppose to get paid 10 dollars on all who say yes to a free quote. Though there's no way to verify that they got the quote, your just trusting them.After setting 30 plus sold leads a week and working 5hrs a day 6 days a week getting $70 total a week.
There are 4 other people that I know of that after worked a week never even got paid. Where taking this to this to the State/payroll division, no one has filled out any W-2 or 10-99 They are paying no taxes. The problem is when your required to work x numbers if hrs or you lose your spot. And only getting Half of state min wage for the top producers setting the leads is wrong and against the law. This company uses people for a week, a day and turns to the next person who comes in for work.Calls people on the Fed do not call list all day long.
If you happen you go into a interview for this place just understand you might not get paid.

I apologize for not responding to this or any other unknown report on "Rip Off" Report
Pro Services!!! If you've never made a million dollars worked a bunch of different jobs and are seeking employment I would advise to grow a bit of skin and consider a "Pro Sales Division".
"It is so hard to find good help Matt is really under qualified and was a bad hire "twice" He was brought over from another program and knows how the verify process works and simply put, he lied! He sent through bad appointments that never verified took the phone call or sold. He did this to make some fast money and that is what he got some fast money!
We hire from with in and for every shitty report out there I can produce a love story of how I'd have to literally fight guys to get rid of them. Producers that would never leave!
So if you're like minded, goal oriented, fast paced and have true need to make money! Come join the Pro's because to be honest only a Pro will be successful, in anything!
Put you job hat on and earn $4000-$7,500 a month with the Pro's! We are Located on the heart of Downtown Portland the Sustainable Capitol of the World! We are not a gutter cleaning company!
"Oh or we could sit at home read reports dated almost two years ago from a man that is still looking for a job that may always be looking fo a job! I ask this, did you're check clear? Because it truly was a huge overpayment for the work recieved I would not hire Matt to collect pop cans and only hope this clears up any matters. Last thing don't believe everything you hear some companies thrive off of false news, make profit and turn it into a legal case sometimes it turns out to be a serious issue of return and the "company" should be careful of what it produces, be responsible to it and sometimes that is expensive. Understanding business is not easy it is exceptional and it takes time to get good at it producing something your happy and impressed about enough to share. I do not typically respond to ignorance I just got tired of people making an assessment without the information. GOOD LUCK!

what these people are saying about the company is toltaly false.
i am an employee of the company and i have worked here for over a month. every thing that has been said is false. the reason you don't sign any forms is because you sign a form that reads: you are working as an independent contractor. and the pricing on the job is as they said 10 dollars a verified lead. this "matt" guy said that he was only getting 1 lead every 2 hours must have been because he didn't call anyone when he worked here or he just didn't know how to talk to people. i, on average have been getting 45 to 50 verified leads per week.this toltals to about 1thousand dollars weekly.
this is a privately owned, Portland local legit company who is licences and bonded! and have been around for over 35 years.
i would recommend this job to anybody who can talk on the phone and can get people to just take a estimate. its not thats hard!!!

So pretty much, this is a totally BOGUS company... I was employed threw them for two days and I could tell that it was a fake.. I walked in to the office room and was automatically hired. Just like everyone else. There is no interview, no W-4 form, no request for a social security card, no time sheets, no written agreement what so ever, and NO Paper Trail!!! So pretty much they tell you that you are going to make $10.00 an hour, because they tell you that your supposed make atleast one estimate an hour. (one CLEARED estimate is worth $10.00) But on average your only going to get one estimate every two hours or so... Which means you are really making $2.50 - $5.00 an hour.! It's pretty much a modern day SWEAT SHOP!! Also there is ALOT of pot smoking and dealing in the building.. They smoke ciggerettes in the building too, just right across the hall from where the calls take place.. It is FAKE and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! Unless your looking for a job where you only make $50.00 a week, working full time. If you come across these guys, save your breathe. ITS FAKE!!!!!!!!!
