To the replyer, this is not the same thing. Your gf followed the rules and sent back what she didn't use knowing that her order clearly stated taht if she didn't she would get charged. Your gf has been ripped off and should get a refund. THe poster, on the other hand, didn't read the website clearly and didn't pay attention to where it says if you don't send back the unused portion you will get charged and they will send you new bottles every 2 months and charge your card.

She sent back her proactiv kit after deciding it wasnt for her. Yet she still got charged for it and 2 months after. When we call we get the usual "nothing we can do" Such a scam.
