You do not simply Process Rebates as Angel Stevens advertises. You must write ads, and post them in Newspapers, or on the Internet (at your expense). "IF" someone buys the product from your ad, you will be paid a percentage for the sale, and then the rebate for that product is deducted from your sale. Only after all of that...will you be processing the customers rebate.
