My boyfriend & his downstairs neighbor started driving for PTI on Sept 10th, 2012. As of this date, October 25th, 2012, they still have not been paid! One excuse after another-finally, on Oct 21st, they were told that they weren't in the company's database, that their original applications had been lost, & would they please come in & reapply. In the meantime, neither of them have been able to pay any of their bills, rents & utilities are overdue.

As of this date, there is still 163 hours of pay owed with no hope in sight. Communication on a forum mediated by a union steward was ridiculous. His advice to us was to "stop stressing!" and find another job. This worthy individual also told another person to expect to get screwed by PTI & advised him to look for other employment while working for PTI.

I contacted the BBB about this situation, whereupon I was informed that we'd have to contact Labor & Industries to resolve the issue of the missing wages. L&I said they'd send out a form for my boyfriend to fill out, but as far as getting recompense of the past due pay, we'll have to get a lawyer.

Yesterday my boyfriend & his neighbor finally got paid by PTI. But it was only for 2 weeks out of the 5 they've worked!
