the have a quality control newsletter they were selling for $299 subscription. they called me. i did not call them. they told me they would send the first one

without obligation. If i didn't like it, please write cancel on it and send it back. it was more for other manufacturing type quality control, not really for me.

so i wrote cancel accross the invoice and returned the invoice via first class mail.

the second issue came. i wrote cancel on the envelope, return to sender.

addtional issues still came and i repeated the return for each one.

I have none of these publications. Everyone was marked return to sender and sent back.

I was told they were charging my credit card the 299.00 for this subscription. this was tuesday this week(3/4/08). i said this is not right. this is a rip off.

i have none of the publications and you are charging me this money.

they told me they did not receive my original cancel order within 30 days... in fact they never received it as well as all the other copies i returned to them. they were going to put the company i work for into collections if it was not paid. the same day. i was called multiple times at work by these rip off artists all on the same day.

this would jepardize my job. they then asked if i had proof of returning the newsletters. they told me how to return it if i didn't like it and now tell me i should have sent the copy back a different way. they are the cause of their own problem. i did nothing wrong.

so i have nothing for $299.00

i want to contest the charge with my credit card company, but this will only cause a problem for me at work.

They cannot harm your company's credit. They are asking you for proof you mailed it back. Ask them for proof you ever received the item they claim you ordered. Ask them for proof that you ordered the item? They will give you your DOB as proof, but it doesn't prove anything. Just a note, that supposed collection agency is another phoney company they set-up to intimidate people like you. Call your CC company TONIGHT and dispute the charges. Go to your boss and tell them you were scammed and that you never ordered the newsletter they sent. Write them a letter and tell them you never ordered the newsletter and if they continue with their collection efforts you will report them to their state attorney general's office, the BBB and the US Postal Service for mail and wire fraud. I guarantee once you do, they will leave you alone and you will never hear from them again.
