ProHome Warranty Service And Chesapeake Condos, October 2006 I had purchased a condo and did a walkthrough whereas I was given a book by ProHome Warranty and they said that we would have several other walkthroughs. In my walkthroughs I wrote up the kitchen lighting not working, the kitchen sliding door not working, the doors in the condos all coming off because they used short screws and the tile in the kitchen lose. They fixed nothing. They never returned phone calls. I talked to the sales office and they said they would get back with me but never did. I later went into the sales office and the person acted as if they were not concerned and told me to go to Home Depot and fix items myself.
