The person making these false claims against me is known to me, and was never a client of mine. She is apparently upset over a personal issue, that is why she resorts to personal attacks more than attacking my work. #1 My background and education. I was born in Latvia. Thus, I am not Russian nor a gypsy. I moved to St. Petersburg, Russia in 1980. In 1983 graduated from St. Petersburg State College with a Bachelors degree in Architecture. In 1990 graduated with a Master's Degree in Fine Arts and Architecture from the prestigious Art Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia. I have international architectural experiences in my background, as well as in the U.S. I have been in the U.S. since 1994 and worked as a project architect in numerous different architectural firms. Ten years ago I established my business in Stroudsburg, PA as Architectural Rendering Studio. #2 Office/studio size and location. My office size 18' x 12' - 216 sq. ft. is conveniently located within 1.5 hours of both NYC and Philadelphia in the Historical Downtown Stroudsburg on the Court House Square has been on the same place for a last ten years, since 1998. The space is all I need to do my paint renderings. Other architectural work is performed at the firms that hire me. #3 My "Hand Drawings" subject. Anyone in the design profession knows that to be able to perform such specific work as architectural renderings requires specific skills and abilities, such as: three dimensional digital modeling, perspective drawing /design, and painting/ artistic abilities. It is obvious that in order to perform such a skills one has to have not only a special training and/or an art education, but also an years of experiences. Architectural illustration considering as a fine art type of artwork and usually signed by the artist. I am a proud member of New York Society of Renderers since 2000. Some of those drawing are on their website at www.NYSR.com #4 My clients are architects, developers, interior designers, institutions, and others requiring professional rendering services. Client references can be provided upon written request. #5 Proposal/Agreement My company policy is that work begins when both parties agrees on the price and sign the Proposal/Agreement. My fees are fixed for a project unless additional services are provided as authorized by the client. First deposit is 1/3 of fixed fee , 1/3 of fixed fee at the time of preliminary design and 1/3 of fixed fee upon completion of services rendered agreed in the contract. #6 The cost of my architectural renderings vary but usually run from $150 - $1,800 depending on the media, size and a scope of provided documentations from the client. #7 The build buildings of my projects are available for a view all over the Pocono Mountains area. Pictures can be provided upon request.
