Providian National Bank rude customer service, fraudulent, pathetic false charges Arlington Texas
I have been dealing with Providian Platinum Card for a couple years and had not any problems until I paid off my balance in full and they still wanted to charge me an interest rate. When I called about it the women was very rude, did not make any sense, and then when I told her I would like to cancell the card, I was hung up on. After an hour of trying to talk to a person, everything automated, I decided that I will now just send the 3.89 finance with my card cut up in a million little pieces and A letter stating that I want this card Cancelled, and of course i will let them know where they can put all those little pieces.
