They have a 14-day cancellation policy requiring full amount in advance. Will not reimburse, even in part, if you have to cancel your trip. We just paid for 4 nights for a hotel room we could not use, though we gave 10 days notice that we needed to cancel our trip. Approximately 10 days before we were scheduled to check in, we contacted the manager to ask if she could refund at least part of this money. Not only did the manager refuse (though all the rooms in the city were booked up), she was shockingly rude and sarcastic.I wanted to forward her response to the owners of the hotel, but she refused to send me their contact information.
