Well they called me. I had just got up about 20 minuets before the call came in, so I was a little tired. Well anyway I answered the phone and this guy was on the other end said his name was David Anderson and that I won the 5,000.00 a week for the rest of my life and 2 and a half million in a certified check from publishers Clearing House. He said he was from the New York office gave me the address to 101 Winners Circle. Well then he proceeds to tell me tha t I need to western union him 475.00 to register the taxes. So that’s when I ask him which pch transaction number it was that I won. Well he gives me some long number, well any pch person knows they are certainly not that long maybe 4 numbers if I’m not mistaken. So then I had him and boy did I and my roommates start having fun. By the time we got done with him he was so frustrated I would of liked to of seen his face. I kept him on the phone fo about 45 minuets just laughing my hinny off.

In your complaint, you say that the entry form you got said that "someone in Provo with the initials S.W. could be the next winner " the operative word here is "COULD", that does not mean "will".
You also said, "prize patrol stated where they would be staying, where they would purchase flowers, and the media stations that would be notified". If you read the announcement carefully, you will see that it says that IF you are the winner this is where they will go, who they will notify, etc. . .
Really, read the whole thing and then hopefully you will understand what's really being said.

I cannot believe that you actually think you won something from Pubisher's Clearing House. Read the information they sent you... you will notice the words "Possible, Could be, You are a winner IF you name is selected.." No where, anywhere in all of the information they sent you states that YOU ARE A WINNER, PERIOD.. This is a scam to get you to buy magazines, even though the fine print says that you don't have to buy anything to win. You have a better chance of winning the NY lottery than you have of winning anything from PCH. You're best bet... THROW THE d**n STUFF IN THE TRASH.
