Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
mr.john richmond(888-689-8651) sent me a check with the letter for 5889.00 dollars. i called this number and he said to take the certified check to the bank and deposit it but hold out 2800.00 and send it to a connie brown and call him back when i did this . so dumd me did. then he said to draw the rest out and send it to the same person. so i did that .. he then said i would have my million at my front door at 7pm. before it came time he call and said it would be 11:30am. but you know i should have listen to my bank that it could be a scam tired to call the irs man(harvey armstrong)but i got a recording..... never did talk to him. when it came 11:30am no show .mr. richmond called and said something about his kid was sick and had to take her to the er and it would be 1pm . that was the last time i talk to him. never did return my calls not a one and still hasn't.... so this means i am going to have to pay the bank back the 5889.00 dollars of which i don't have. i am disabled and get a monthly check that barely covers my bills. so what can i do.. please let me know... cause of this deal i will never trust anyone again

Had you come to this site BEFORE you cashed that bogus check, you wouldn't be in the trouble you are now. There is absolutely NOTHING that can be done. You are going to have to repay that money to your bank, or face prison ( YES, many people are now in prison because they did the same stupid thing you did ). NO ONE sends you unsolicited checks in the mail. Do you not know this ?? I hope you have a rich relative somewhere, because your bank is NOT going to play games about this. According to your post, they've already warned you. You had better be there when the doors to your bank open on Monday morning and PLEAD with them to work out some sort of arrangements to repay them the money. Indeed, you ARE screwed.
