My friend found Jeff Lawyers phone number and Publix phone number in his wife cellular call history records and also a voice message telling his wife he was on his way, going down the Turnpike. He sent a letter to the District Manager, Jim Yeatman already, he is waiting for an answer. Me along with all his family members stopped shopping in Publix we now enjoy shopping at Winn-Dixie instead. This crap manager, Jeff ot Jerk Lawyer works at the Publix # 01062 Corsica Square in

Caught a Publix Store Manager having an affair with my wife.

I busted my wife and her boss having an affair. He even had her transferred to another store to prevent himself from getting in trouble. I'm waiting for the right time to slam him with the evidence I have. Thanks for phone records and PI work. The sad thing is it appears a few others at the store are aware of it and trying to help cover it up or enable it. What a pathetic bunch of people. I may lose my wife but this predator has to be exposed so he cannot do this to another family in the future.. 12a3191

HEY read this:
Publix is protecting their adulterous managers. My ex-wife was also found cheating with a manager at Publix when she worked there. His name is Junior Cummins, he works at the Boca Raton store. He worked at Oak Bridge and a Sawgrass store. What Publix did was transfer him away and promote him. The environment produces this workplace adultry, where you have a male manager and all young female cashiers who are vulnerable and do not know how to deal with this. Of course it takes two, I am not saying my ex-wife did not do anything about, but I wonder why this unprofessional manager keeps getting promoted and moved to other stores. He was conducting the affair at work during business hours and while be a supervisor of a female subordinate. He should have been fired on the spot!!
So, what you think
"...Unless they are supervisor/subordinate in the same store..." My axx

Infidelity is a crime in some states, well adultery is same difference. And it is illegal in FL.
That being said, your friend is a moron for reporting this to Publix. Unless they are supervisor/subordinate in the same store, Publix isn't going to give a rat's behind. It is their employee's personal business. The argument could be made that since people have stopped shopping there because of the incident ( which is F'ing stupid b/c it's not Publix's fault the guy is a dog OR that the woman has chosen to cheat on her husband.) then they might mention something to him but don't expect them to fire him or anything.
Also, besides a voicemail saying "he's on his way" does your idiot friend have any other evidence of adultery? Is it possible that they know each other socially? Maybe there was an innocent explanation?

Jeff Is the one doing wrong he took vows to, but I guess Its ok for a husband to cheat on his wife. I don't understand why these scum husbands do this for.

NO ripoff here.
You need to stop being so nosey and mind your own d**n business. Dont be surprised if you get sued by Jeff Lawyer for posting this.
Infidelity is not a crime and you certainly were not ripped off.
Grow up.
PS Tell your friend that his WIFE is the one doing wrong here, SHE took vows. Tell him to keep his w***e on a better leash.

Infidelity takes two , your friend may want to step back and assess his relationship with his wife . I only have what small amount of information that you posted , but she must have been familiar with this man for him to have left a message that he was on the way . To call him a predator sounds harsh, sure an unethical adulterer , but then so is she . And she is the one he is married to ,so she is the one that has done your friend wrong.
Now what this has to do with whether to shop at Publix or not is beyond me.
